篇一:

As a freshman in high school, I have experienced many challenges since adapting to the new environment. Firstly, the change in living environment has been a significant hurdle. Being in a new place with a different lifestyle and behavioral norms has been a daunting task. Secondly, the transition in role has not been smooth. Coming from being a top student in junior high school to a high school where competition is fierce has been a challenge.

Thirdly, the new relationships have not been easy to adapt to. The diversity in teachers' expectations and the need for acceptance have made some students feel lost. Lastly, the learning curve has been steep. The methods of learning in high school are vastly different from those in junior high school, leading to anxiety and, sometimes, a decline in performance.

From a psychological perspective, these challenges are due to certain psychological characteristics of teenagers. High school freshmen tend to be somewhat reclusive and self-centered, which hinders effective communication between them. Additionally, difficulties in adaptation lead to self-loathing and a lack of focus. Family education plays a role too, as parents often replace everything for their children, leading to a strong dependence on them and poor interpersonal skills.

篇二:

Although today is the last day of training, my enthusiasm remains high, akin to the weather at this time, with happiness and fulfillment rising with the temperature. The most striking takeaways from today's lecture are as follows:

1. Evaluation should not merely assess how much knowledge students possess or how much they can recall; rather, it should evaluate what they can do with this knowledge and the changes and improvements they make in their learning strategies, emotions, and processes.

2. The new curriculum emphasizes the integration of formative and final evaluation, broadening the scope of assessment to include not only the learning process but also its outcomes. This reflects the curriculum's core "people-oriented" idea.

In evaluations, we should respect students' needs and the pace of their physical and mental development, attend to their emotions, and strive to mobilize their enthusiasm. The evaluation should be based on research, design, and implementation, taking into account their age, psychological characteristics, and cognitive level according to the characteristics of each stage of teaching. This is the essence of student-centeredness.
